Lead Clinician

Megan Ullrich is a certified Speech Language Pathologist who has supported students in numerous schools throughout Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her Certificate of Clinical Competence training in Philadelphia and is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In 2016, she completed the Social Thinking Clinical Training in California. Megan has experience in providing therapy to children with a variety of needs including Language Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and Social Communication Disorders. Through clinical observations and diagnostic assessments, Megan creates individualized therapy plans to help each child maximize their communication skills.



Caitlyn Oser is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who has over five years of experience working with school aged children in Maryland and DC.  She earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Florida. Caitlyn has extensive knowledge in speech and language disorders, goal planning, and collaboration with parents and teachers.  She is an active member of the American-Speech-Language-Hearing-Association. Caitlyn is enthusiastic and creates a fun and positive learning environment while providing individualized evidence-based therapy.
